Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2026. This site is operated by Kiriwath “Kiri” Suykry, California Real Estate Broker, CA DRE #01408082 (“we”). It is not affiliated with the California State Controller’s Office.
What the site shows
Search results are republished from the California State Controller’s public unclaimed-property database, which the Controller publishes for download every week so that owners can be located. We show owner names, city and ZIP code, property type, the reporting holder, and balances as the Controller reports them. We do not display street addresses. If you believe a record about you should not appear here, email kirisuykry@gmail.com and we will remove it from this site; the State’s own listing is controlled by the Controller.
What we collect from you
- Searches. Search terms are processed to return results and may be logged in aggregate by our hosting provider. We do not tie searches to your identity.
- Help requests. If you submit the help form we receive the name, phone number, email, the name you searched, and the Property IDs you were viewing, along with the consent statement you agreed to and the time you submitted it. We never ask for, and you should never send, Social Security numbers, account numbers or identity documents.
How we use it
To contact you about the record you asked about and to help you file a free claim with the State. We may later ask, separately, whether you would like information about real estate services; you can decline at any time. We do not sell personal information.
Your California rights (CCPA)
You may request the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. To exercise any right, email kirisuykry@gmail.com or call (562) 276-8413. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention and security
Help requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered by email through Formsubmit. Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
